We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ocean Mist, a beautiful holiday home in a fantastic location. We particularly loved the rugged scenery around The Gap and Natural Bridge - even better than the north coast of Cornwall! But also the tranquility of Frenchman,s Bay - a delightful spot for a picnic. Sail-away p revised some close encounters with whales, including a very young calf - newborn, according to John, the Skipper... Hope to be back one day, Thank you for all the lovely touches!

Dear Rob and Helen,
Thank you for a wonderful stay at your Albany accommodation. The Whale Watching from The Gap and Natural Bridge was spectacular. I spotted 6 and Nikki - 3.  Surfing under the windmills was an experience too. The local lad, Roger, who agreed to paddle out with me into the cold & isolated waters, never got past the shore break. So it was just me floating around out there in that Great Southern Ocean (& the windmills eying me over my shoulder from the cliffs) the comfort of your cozy home very rewarding, on return from our daily Albany adventures.

So different from when I was here in 1992, sleeping on the top of Mt Adelaide in the back of my wagon, terrified of the hoon's outside doing burn outs up the mountain! So different! So Rewarding!  God bless you and this wonderful town.
